Once we predicted top performing funds for short/term and long term investment using Random Forest and Cross Validation as described in Random Forest Clssifier section, we plotted the relationship between Expense Ratio Vs Returns for top performing funds. Based on the analysis, we concluded that fund with less expense ratio give more returns for 3 years and 5 years investment. However in case of 10 years investment fund with more Expense Ratio gives more Returns.
